nginx-1.3.13 development version has been released

It seems a new release in the development tree has been released from the Nginx team. This could be a very interesting release for those who need support for proxying WebSocket connections.

This are the complete list of changes for this version according to website::

    *) Change: a compiler with name "cc" is now used by default.

    *) Feature: support for proxying of WebSocket connections.
